Using accounts as BarTabs

This article explains how to use accounts with VIP (monetary value). For an introduction into accounts and its functionality, check out Using accounts.

Using Bar Tabs

If Domino is configured with Bar Tabs functionality enabled, orders can be placed on accounts indefinitely until it's paid. This functionality can be combined with VIP and account-related discounts.

  • Order is now placed on a Bar Tab and can be reviewed on the Bar Tab page:

  • The ticket will remain open until it's paid for, even after Domino has performed end of day:

Keep in mind!

All VAT and sales on the BarTab will be registered in the Center in which the bar tab is closed. (Not where the products has been ordered.)

Reports on BarTab accounts

  • The report will display bar tabs and the date when they were billed:
