This section explains what Insights is and how to use it. 

About Insights

To be able to use this functionality, your Company needs to be onboarded on MyTrivec. For more info, check out Registering at MyTrivec. Insights on MyTrivec is a solution that gives you an overview of your business at a glance, with the sales data organized into periods and categories. 

Selecting the time period

In the top part of the page is an option to filter on individual days, weeks, or months. 

The Date and Compared to is used to select the specific days or periods depending on the top filtration setting (Day, Week and Month).

This sets the timeframe and determines what charts and widgets are shown.

Selecting Center and VAT

In the filter called Centers, you can either select the whole venue or a specific center or centers.

In the VAT drop-down, you can select whether the revenue is shown with or without VAT included.

Revenue boxes

Total revenue

  • Displays show the accumulated revenue of the sales for a specific day, week, or month, depending on the Date of filtration and center selection.
  • On the right you can see in % how the revenue either was higher or lower than the Compare to date, week or month.

Revenue Per Ticket

  • Displays the accumulated sales revenue for the specific day, week, or month depending on the Date filtration divided by the accumulated tickets created in the selected Center/Centers.
  • On the right, you can see in % how the average revenue per ticket ether was higher or lower than the Compare to date, week, or month for the selected Center/Centers.

Revenue Per Guest

  • Displays the accumulated sales revenue for the specific day, week or month depending on the "Date" filtration divided by the accumulated number of covers registered in the selected Center/Centers.
  • On the right, you can see in "%" how the average revenue per cover ether was higher or lower than the "Compare to" date, week, or month for the selected Center/Centers.

Avg. Seating Time

  • Displays the average time a table has been open for the specific day, week, or month depending on the "Date" filtration in the selected Center/Centers.
  • On the right, you can see in % how the average time per table either was higher or lower than the "Compare to" date, week, or month for the selected Center/Centers.

Target Progress

  • The indicator shows how far you have reached to meet your set sales target for the day.
  • The values in your currency show how much is left to reach your target for today.

Best praxis is to set targets for the whole venue or one specific centre as the targets are global and only one target can be set for each day, it is not possible to set a target for a specific Center.

  • To set the targets, press the three dots in the upper right corner.

  • Set a specific target value per day. It is possible to set static values for a week and then copy from the previous week by selecting the button "Copy previous week".

Keep in mind that the values are just static numbers; they should be set, ex. or inc. VAT depends on the VAT setting in the top of the dashboard, if you change the VAT value in the top of the Dashboard, the target number will not change.

Weather

Trivec's weather widget is powered by Visual Crossing Weather. The widget shows the right/lowest temperature, precipitation, wind and more for the selected date. It is possible to view historical weather data by using the date selector on the dashboard.

Weather is shown for the county, where the license address is set.

Overview

  • Open tickets: Number of opened tickets
  • Open covers: Number of covers placed on opened tickets
  • Open revenue: Only revenue on opened tickets
  • Total tickets: Number of tickets (open + closed)
  • Total covers: Number of covers (opened + closed)
  • Total revenue: (opened + closed)
  • Internal sales: Total revenue of tickets booked to internal
  • External sales: Total revenue booked on Exsales product types

Sales Graph

  • Green bars show the value for the set "Date" set at the top of the Dashboard.
  • Grey bars show values for the "Compare to" date set at the top of the Dashboard.

It is possible to filter the data in the dropdown in the top right corner of the graph.

  • Sales: the accumulated sales for the date or period selected.

OR

  • Booked Sales: Will show the amount of the orders for the period.

OR

  • Orders: Will show the number of orders registered for the period.

OR

  • Covers: If covers is used, this will show the data for the number of covers.

Top and Bottom Sellers

The product sales widget is segmented into top and bottom sellers. Each view displays a list of 5 products. Rankings can be based on the number of orders or revenue.

By hovering the mouse over each bar, it is possible to view the data for each visible bar.

It is possible to filter on specific product groups by selecting the "Product groups" drop-down in the top-right corner of the widget.
