Using a C150 WestPay terminal

This guide explains how to use a C150 terminal. If you are unsure which terminal you have, please check out WestPay terminals.

C150 terminals operate in three modes, EPAS and Pay@Table, and HandyPay:

Direct payment (EPAS)

EPAS mode is used when sending a transaction to the terminal from Domino or Handy. 

  • In Domino or Handy, enter the payment menu (For info on navigating to payment menu, check out Payment for Handy and Payment for Domino).
  • Select the payment method associated with the card terminal (Card1, Card2 / Kort1 , Kort2).
  • Select the predetermined tip percentage or select Ange belopp to enter a custom amount of tip.
  • Alternatively, select Fortsätt to skip tips.  
  • After selecting a tip percentage, total amount is updated. Confirm with Betala med dricks:
  • If you selected Ange belopp, you can enter tip amount manually:
  • After entering tip amount, total amount is updated. Confirm with Betala med dricks:
  • To select a custom tip percentage, select the % symbol:
  • After entering tip percentage, total amount is updated. Confirm with Betala med dricks:

Tableside payment (Pay@Table)

Pay@Table mode is used when fetching a table to complete a payment. 

Logging in and selecting a Section/Center

  • Log in on the WestPay device by entering your Domino/Handy login key in the Waiter ID field:
  • If several Sections/Centers are configured, select the one you would like to use from the dropdown and confirm with Continue (this can be changed after logging in as well as by going back to this page):

Navigating the views

  • In this example BarTab, Tables and Queue are visible, however, even only one, several or all of these view can be enabled, depending on how Domino is configured. For help with managing those settings in Domino, please contact Trivec support. 
  • To search for a table, enter the table number in the Search field:
  • To switch between Bartab, Table and Queue viewes, either swipe left or right or use the Bartab, Table and Queue shortcuts
  • To select a bartab, table or a queue, select the arrow symbol next to it:

Completing the payment

  • Product info will be displayed. Select Print pro-forma to print a pro-forma receipt, otherwise select Continue to proceed to payment options. 
  • Select Pay if the whole order is to be paid in one payment:
  • To split the payment into several payments, enter a part of the total amount and select Pay:
  • Alternatively, to split the payment into equal parts by number of persons, drag the green button left and right and select Pay. In this case, all the payments will be registered as partial payments, and the receipt will be printed only after the last payment is complete:

Entering the tips

Logging out or switching a user

  • Select the Back symbol in the upper left corner of the screen:
  • Select the symbol in the upper right corner of the screen:
  • Select Logout:

Reports

  • In case you are logged in, first log out by selecting the Back symbol in the upper left corner of the screen:
  • Select the symbol in the upper right corner of the screen:
  • Select Reports:
  • Select a report to print:
