Select the F3 (arrow down) button on the device to enter the ShortCut Menu:
Use the arrow down to navigate to Wifi setting and confirm with the green button:
Select Scan networks:
Select a network from the list:
Enter the WiFi password by using the arrow buttons to move the highlight around and select characters by pressing the green button on the keypad:
To confirm, use the arrow buttons to move the highlight to the green symbol and confirm by pressing the green button on the keypad:
When done, restart the device by holding the yellow button and the dot button until device shuts down. Hold the green button until device starts up again.
Connect to Hidden network
Select the F3 (arrow down) button on the device to enter the ShortCut Menu:
Use the arrow down to navigate to Wifi setting and confirm with the green button:
Select Scan networks:
Scroll all the way down until you get to Other and select it:
Select Hidden:
Enter SSID by using the arrow buttons to move the highlight around and select characters by pressing the green button on the keypad:
To confirm, use the arrow buttons to move the highlight to the green symbol and confirm by pressing the green button on the keypad:
Select Home security (regular password) or Enterprise security:
If you selected Enterprise security, select the authentication protocol:
Enter password/network credentials when prompted.
When done, restart the device by holding the yellow button and the dot button until device shuts down. Hold the green button until device starts up again.
Set device to static IP (OPTIONAL)
Connect to network as described above. It doesn't matter if DHCP is enabled on network, you're just doing it to create a network profile.
In the Networking menu, select Adavnced options:
Select My networks:
Select your Wifi network profile:
Select IP configuration:
Select DHCP activation:
Set it to Off:
Static IP settings will now be displayed, select each field to configure the values:
When done, restart the device by holding the yellow button and the dot button until device shuts down. Hold the green button until device starts up again.
Display network status
Select the F3 (arrow down) button on the device to enter the ShortCut Menu:
Use the arrow down to navigate to Wifi setting and confirm with the green button:
Select Status:
To display network status on a screen, select Display:
Device will display the network status (notice you can even see the signal strength):
