Onboarding your company with Adyen at MyTrivec

This guide explains how to use MyTrivec to finalize your Adyen onboarding process. 

To be able to complete the Adyen onboarding process, your MyTrivec username has to be registered as Site Owner. To request a change in site ownership, contact Trivec Support. 

Logging into MyTrivec

  • Enter your email address as Username and your Password:

Check that your user information is correct

  • Select the User symbol in the upper right corner:

  • Select Profile:

  • Make sure all required fields are entered (Firstname, Lastname and Phone number) and select Edit profile in the lower right corner to confirm the changes:

Starting the onboarding process

  • Select Trivec Pay and Merchant Account in the left-side menu:

  • Select Start Onboarding:

  • Check that you have all the information and documents required to complete the onboarding process, accept the Terms and Conditions and select OK, I am ready:

  • Select Onboarding to be redirected to Adyen website:

Completing the process on Adyen website

Adyen information form is divided in 3 sections:

  • Business details
  • Business owners
  • Bank details

Business details forms

  • Enter the Business details and select Next:

  • Enter the Business address details and select next:

  • Enter an Additional address if used and select Save:

Business owners forms

Personal information of at least following 2 people is required (can be same person:

    • The person that has signing authority: Signatory
    • The person that makes major business decisions: Controlling person or person that owns 25% and above of your company: Owner.
  • Enter your Personal details and select Next:

  • Enter your Address and select Save:

Bank details form

Enter your Bank details and select Save:

  • Bank statement: Can be a screenshot from your Internet bank. It is important that the Bank's logo, account number, and account holder name are included/visible in the picture. The date of issuance must be less than 12 months ago.

  • Once all the information required is entered (Business details, Business owners, Bank details), select Complete in the lower right corner:

Good to know

  • If any provided information is incorrect or cannot be read by Adyen, Adyen will ask for additional information.
  • If you interrupt the onboarding process, you can return to the onboarding page again via MyTrivec by selecting Onboarding on the Trivec Pay / Merchant Account page.
