This guide explains the characteristics of reports most often used by Staff-level users.
In most cases Staff-level users can only print reports for the current day. For info on printing reports for dates other than current date, check out Reports: Managers.
Open tickets report
(Swedish: Öppna notor)
Prints a report on any tickets that exist that have a status Open. These tickets are missing payments and should be addressed before closing for the day. For more info on how to review tickets, check out Reviewing tickets.
Combined paymodes report
(Swedish: Betalmedel)
Prints a report on payment methods used as well as total payment per user name.
Tip report
(Swedish: Dricks)
Prints tip amount per user.
Product Mix report
(Swedish: Artikelrapport)
Prints a report of products sold.
Product Mix report settings
Product Mix report can be configured with following settings:
Take Away: Included - prints Take Away products, Excluded - does not print Take Away products, Only - prints Take Away products only.
Internal Sales: Included - prints Internal Sales products, Excluded - does not print Internal Sales products, Only - prints Internal Sales products only.
Exsales: Included - prints ExSales products, Excluded - does not print ExSales products, Only - prints ExSales products only.
GroupsOnly - prints product group names only.
Empty Groups - does not print group names.
Sorting: Product nr - sorts products by product number, Alphabetical - sorts products alphabetically, Quantity - sorts product by quantity sold.
Default - reset report filtering to default settings.
